Delivery Time
Most products deliver within 1 to 5 business days of payment unless there is a stated longer lead time for the product. If there is an unexpected backorder or longer lead time, we will notify the customer as soon as possible of the situation.

Payment Information
Bank Transfer and PayPal are accepted. All payment must be made within 72 hours of invoicing. We also accept Cash On Delivery (COD), Australian Money Order or Australian Bank Cheque, only if prior arrangement has been made.

Customer Cancellations
No cancellations are accepted after payment - all sales are final.

Returns
Returns are available on a very limited basis with a 25% restocking charge and must be made within 30 days of order delivery. Shipping charges are not refunded. Products not returnable include (but not limited to): collectable cards, etc.

Shipping & Freight
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.

Short Product or Wrong Product
Claims for shortages or wrong product must be made within 30 days from the date of payment. Claims made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Sales Tax - International Orders
We does not charge sales tax on orders sent outside Australia. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes, custom fees, or duties required in their respective country. Please contact your local tax authorities for more information.

Regulations
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products purchased meets Corporate, State, and Federal regulations in the customer's local area.

Limitation of Liability
In no event are we liable in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, strict liability, to any person for any damages of any type from or in connection with any use or inability to use, or results of use of the products.

Seller Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, at any point of time.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
