Was waiting for GF4L to start this lol........ but couldn't wait with the news that....

"The Nets have reached an agreement with Lionel Hollins, who will become Brooklyn's next coach."

Great move... always thought he was a great coach.....  now to see what happens with the roster.

I'm too slow haha

Yeah great signing. shafted after a 56 win season with THAT Grizz team. Should have some great input.

Still interested to see what the team looks like though - Livingston to Warriors and Pierce probably going to Clippers. Didn't think KG would stay without Paul but now he's settled he may have another swing at it

Cheers,

Matt

"The Brooklyn Nets used the No. 31 pick in the 2011 NBA draft to select guard Bojan Bogdanovic and after three years he's finally coming to the NBA, according to ESPNNewYork.com.

Ohm Youngmisuk reported on Monday that Bogdanovic will be signed by the Nets using the Taxpayer mid-level exception worth $3,278,000 for the first year salary. The deal is worth $10.3 million should Bogdanovic exercise the player option in 2016-17. Once the contract becomes official on Thursday, the Nets will have 11 players under contract and sit $15.59 million over the tax line, which translates to a tax bill of $30.68 million. Both numbers will continue to rise as the Nets fill out the rest of their roster.

Bogdanovic has been playing in Turkey with Fenerbahce Ulker and he averaged 14.8 points in 2013-14. He is known as a good shooter, but this past season he made just 29.8 percent from 3-point range.

Pierce seemed to be getting very involved in the media this late in his career, although it seemed like the media was very much latching onto whatever he said for a good story? Maybe it's been a bit of a build up, but I didn't think they would be interested in an aging vet lol.

I guess they loved the honesty about his teammates for the most part which is always great to hear. That's what I look forward too! I'm a big Pierce fan though.
