WE WILL OPEN THE BOX AND WILL TAKE THE 1ST CARD OUT THEN DRAW OUT THE 1ST NAME OUT OF THE BUCKET, THEN THE 2ND CARD THEN THE 2ND NAME AND SO ON.... TILL ALL 10 NAMES ARE PULLED OUT....
each spot gets 2 cards which are GUARENTEED SIGNATURES.......
It is $40 per spot and that includes standard postage, top loaders, penny sleeve, padded envelopes.
This includes standard postage, if you want registered post it is an extra $3.80.
