V Rising The latest Early Access update was dropped this week with the vampire game getting two new features in this patch. Along with these new features, you can fix a bug or two as well as a general change that allows players to carry valuable resources like wood, stone, and plant fibers when they travel through road gates or in their bat shapes. As usual, a set of patch notes were released with this update detailing everything that has changed.

Hotfix 6, patch 0.5.42236, is now live for all V Rising players. The update is specifically focused on addressing issues with V Rising and as such doesn't include any content.

V Rising 0.5.42236 Update Patch Notes (23 June 2022)

New Features
    Added a new admin command "decayusercastles <playername>" that puts all the castles owned by a target player in decay.
    The adminlist.txt and banlist.txt files are now loaded from both the default Settings folder and the local override Settings folder. These files will always save to the local override folder now.

General
    Lumber, Stone, and Plant Fibre no longer block players from using Waygates or Bat Form.

Bug Fixes

    We fixed a crash that could occasionally happen when destroying castles.
    We fixed an issue where you could sometimes crash the client of another player by targeting them with the "claninvite" console command when not in a clan.
    We fixed an issue where you could duplicate items by resurrecting and terminating servants in a specific way.
    The RCON socket now binds to the bind address if specified. There is also a specific RCON Bind Address to override the default one. See the dedicated server documentation for more details.

This update is just one of many that V . height Launched since its early launch, it is a launch that has attracted over a million players in a short period of time. The creators, Stunlock Studios, haven’t said when the game will come out of Early Access, but they joke that they have some “very special” plans for the game next.
