And no one from either AFL or cricket?

 

Kind of expected that. In Aust they seem to earn their money after they stop playing.. with endorsements and sponsorship.

What was the buddy Franklin deal worth? $10M? To us at the time that was crazy money for an Australian sportsman.

Most of us at the time seemed to think he'd get a long time injury before he reached the age of 35.

And the statistics back that theory up. Either way the Swans have locked up his career.

Andrew demetriou got $15M work that out -between 2003-2014.Players get paid too much but  An administrator should never get more than a player.
