Just on Australia Post guys -  i think it comes down to 2 things.

1. How good the people are in your local sorting centre

2. What sort of package you are sending.

I have a good friend that works in the local sorting centre here. They have told me to try and avoid sending things as small parcels as they are still hand sorted (apparently they are the only things still done like this). So the guys have to physically take them out of the bags and toss them into the bin for where they are going. Told me the stats are that 1 in 10 will get put in the wrong in bin.

So now if i have anything that is a small parcel i make sure i put it into a small pre paid bag to avoid this problem.
